DEMMA Residential Architects is a design partnership between Erin and Jon Demma. As a team, they contribute more than 20 years of individual residential design and construction experience.
Since they started their practice, they have designed and consulted on a wide variety of residential projects across the Southeast. The duo utilizes their design expertise in both residential design and construction to create spaces that are both functional, cost-effective, and, most importantly, beautiful. Their distinctive process helps clients find individualized, simple solutions to create homes that fit their lifestyle.
Erin Demma, AIA
Owner / Principal Architect
Erin co-founded Demma Residential Architects in 2015 with a mission to create thoughtful homes throughout the Southeast. With a keen eye for design and a deep understanding of the construction process, Erin is able to work with clients and builders to bring their vision to life.
Her designs seamlessly blend functionality, aesthetics, and sustainability. From high-end, custom estates to a vast collection of built-for-sale plans, her unique approach elevates the design process to allow her clients to craft a home that inspires and transforms the way they live.
Jon Demma
Owner / Partner
Jon co-founded Demma Residential Architects and directs the operations for the firm. He holds a Bachelors of Architecture from Louisiana State University — and has since built a career leading operations for one of Baton Rouge’s premier residential homebuilders. Throughout his career, Jon has had the opportunity to collaborate with many of the nation's top builders and offers clients valuable perspective on how best to approach the construction of their home.
